Hand harvested at peak medicinal potency in January. It is a mix of The black outer shell (which contains up to 30 percent betulin – for Anti tumor ) and the red-brown inside which is rich in lanostanes.
Chemical Constituents are more than 2 hundred constituents including Inotodiol; inonobens A-C; phelligridins D, E and G; trametnolic acid; 3beta-hydroxylanosta-8, 24-dien-21-23-lactone; obliquol; lanosterol; betulin; various triyerpenes; vanillic-; syringic-; ferulic (22 micrograms per gram), and p-hydroxybenzoic (263 micrograms per gram)acids; and 21, 24-cyclopentalanosta-3beta, 21, 25-triol-8-ene; and 3 beta, 22, 25-trihydroxy-lanosta-8-ene.
Best used as a anti-inflammatory, to inhibit alpha glucosidase ( preventing absorption of glucose for diebetics), chronic pain relief, for brain injury, tumor reduction. Improves immune system. Has been used for treatment of cancer alongside conventional medicine.
Recommended use is 1 oz in 4 liters of distilled water in a hot infusion. Leave Chaga in water after hot infusion. Drink a glass a day. Keep refrigerated.
